In case of a recall, we can only reach you if we have your name and address. You MUST submit your registration information to be on our recall list. Note: When you purchased your tire(s), the tire dealer/seller was required by law to provide you a tire registration form and to fill out the shaded areas of the form, which include the tire DOT identification number(s) and seller/dealer information. In order to register your tire(s) online, you will need the completed registration form. If your seller/dealer did not provide you with a form or did not fill out all of the shaded areas of the form, please return to the seller/dealer and request that the seller/dealer provide you with a form or fill out the missing information on your form.
